Will’s favorite thing to do right now is jump in bouncer toys. Only a few things make him happier. It’s going to be a long day once he’s old enough to discover a Moon Bounce!
Another one of my sweet girl. I love the natural light and how soft her features look. ❤
Carmie was being awfully quiet. When I found her she was quietly playing games on the iPad with her baby and Lady. The lighting was so pretty that I had to snap a picture.
Will was in a good mood and I was really hoping to get a picture of the two of them together. Of course this is what happened.
I avoided it as long as I could, but instead of scoffing at doing the same thing as every other person in the country, I decided to get a bit more creative with my challenge. I did not create a video, just set the camera up on a tripod and put the timer to work!
Will is a boy on the move, well, trying to be anyway. He’s been holding up his head since he came home from the hospital, so I thought he’d be ready for his Step-n-Play Piano. He loves it. I was able to capture this as he was playing in it beside the french doors. Love the natural light!
Carmie is usually wide open. I’m glad I was able to get a shot of her calm for a few seconds.
You’re probably looking at this and thinking, “How can she take another picture of her child sleeping. Doesn’t she get tied of this? That must be all he does.” There is something about a baby sleeping that is so peaceful. It’s like during that time all is right with the world (probably because they aren’t crying or getting into anything). I just love to watch him sleep and think these shots make for beautiful pictures.
Much of NC States campus is covered in brick, but I do believe I have one of the prettiest office views across campus.
